Lisa McManus, MSW, RSW

I'm so glad you're here! Starting therapy can be a scary and overwhelming time. As someone who has been in therapy for years, I know how vulnerable it can feel when you take that first step and seek help. I also know how transformative therapy can be. Therapy has helped me navigate marriage, motherhood, grief, depression, anxiety, and everything in between.

 

I first became a Life Coach and loved helping people so much I obtained my Master of Social Work so I could become a registered therapist. I offer individual therapy for adults and teens who are seeking support to deal with anxiety, depression, grief & bereavement, chronic illness, parenting, perfectionism, or life transitions. I use humour, a nurturing approach, and a curious mind to help you uncover what you have hidden away. I believe we all have the answers within us, but we don't always know how to find them. I believe that healing happens in spaces where you feel safe to be fully yourself and take the time to explore what's going on inside.

Remote Individual Therapy Sessions

Experience personalized individual therapy sessions from the comfort of your home.

Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. Receipts are provided after every session and may be covered by private insurance plans that recognize therapy services from a Registered Social Worker.
